Training workshop on tracking software – Evaluation of PADFA

Experts from the Coordination Unit of the PADFA took part in a training on the Ruche software for monitoring - evaluation from February 1 to 3, 2023 at the PÉPOUSSÉ hotel in Ferkessédougou. 

Indeed, for sound and transparent management of program data, the Program Management and Coordination Unit, through its Monitoring Unit – Evaluation and Knowledge Management has set up a Computerized Monitoring System –Assessment (SISE) including a database and a programming application for monitoring program activities. This SISE will allow the entry of data relating to the various sectors of the program, by integrating control mechanisms for data management.

As the design of the system has been completed, a seminar was organized for experts to build their capacity in the use of this tool.  

After the words of welcome and orientation pronounced respectively by Messrs. Édja MESSOU, Coordinator of the PADFA and Clément KOUADIO, Monitoring Manager – Evaluation and Knowledge Management of PADFA, the ACG Group – BAMASOFT represented by Messrs Lacina KONÉ (DG BAMASOFT) and Désiré BROU conducted this hands-on, hands-on training on the software. 

At the end of these sessions, the trainers made recommendations to theUC - PADFA for better use of SISE in order to enhance the results obtained by the PADFA.
