Renforcement de la cohésion et de l’esprit d’équipe

From March 3 to 4, 2023, the PADFA Coordination Unit met in a hotel complex in Sinématiali for a teambuilding. The objectives of this workshop were to:

1. Strengthen the logic of constructive collaboration between members of the PCU.
2. Identify the obstacles that may hinder the proper functioning of a group and jointly find measures to remove the obstacles.
3. Identify elements of belonging to a team and identify factors of motivation and personal commitment for the achievement of objectives.

After the welcome cocktail during which the Coordinator recalled the context and the objectives of this workshop, the participants expressed their expectations.

For two days, through several exercises and games followed by debriefings, the participants, with the support of the coaches, the participants were able to identify the obstacles to the proper functioning of the team, the personal motivation and commitment factors to allow the PCU to achieve its objectives.

At the end of this teambuilding, recommendations were made to the PCU for strengthening cohesion and team spirit. To do this, a recommendations follow-up committee has been set up.
