{"id":2347,"date":"2025-11-16T15:52:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-16T15:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/padfaci.org\/?p=2347"},"modified":"2025-12-16T19:56:58","modified_gmt":"2025-12-16T19:56:58","slug":"la-15eme-session-du-cop-du-padfa-valide-le-projet-de-ptba-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/padfaci.org\/en\/la-15eme-session-du-cop-du-padfa-valide-le-projet-de-ptba-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"LA 15\u00e8me SESSION DU COP DU PADFA VALIDE LE PROJET DE PTBA 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bouak\u00e9, le 3 octobre 2025 \u2013 Le Comit\u00e9 d\u2019Orientation et de Pilotage (COP) du Programme d\u2019Appui au D\u00e9veloppement des Fili\u00e8res Agricoles (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hashtag\/padfa?__eep__=6&amp;__cft__[0]=AZaXH6E8H97-Kw84GmamuQolobdfC10hC_ilcUSDZ1kjYfqe7Bpy6mqiaq40jBKFkrd6LZsY903HEsaoSEQPFsofdecZ_jPV_m9YQjYdQ2GsUCG9ixSrwLA6Y5sj_Psj4hI3tr5yzv5T8uCt3wlOO8_6qepN-M__9GOP5gkxrRpz07_IS2tc4cSx0SBqkYxdf5I&amp;__tn__=*NK-R\">#PADFA<\/a>) a tenu, du jeudi 2 au vendredi 3 octobre 2025, sa derni\u00e8re session dans un r\u00e9ceptif h\u00f4telier \u00e0 Bouak\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette rencontre a r\u00e9uni douze (12) des membres statutaires du COP sur les quatorze (14) autour de trois points majeurs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019appr\u00e9ciation des r\u00e9alisations du PADFA dans la r\u00e9gion du Gb\u00eak\u00ea \u00e0 travers des visites de terrain ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019analyse de l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019ex\u00e9cution du PTBA 2025 au 30 septembre 2025 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La validation du projet de PTBA 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Des visites de terrain pour appr\u00e9cier les acquis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En pr\u00e9lude \u00e0 la s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re, les membres du COP ont visit\u00e9 deux sites d\u2019intervention du projet :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre mara\u00eecher am\u00e9nag\u00e9 de Tchimou Ass\u00e9kro,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et le site rizicole am\u00e9nag\u00e9 de Z\u00e8d\u00e8-Kahabo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces visites ont permis de constater les r\u00e9alisations concr\u00e8tes du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hashtag\/padfa?__eep__=6&amp;__cft__[0]=AZaXH6E8H97-Kw84GmamuQolobdfC10hC_ilcUSDZ1kjYfqe7Bpy6mqiaq40jBKFkrd6LZsY903HEsaoSEQPFsofdecZ_jPV_m9YQjYdQ2GsUCG9ixSrwLA6Y5sj_Psj4hI3tr5yzv5T8uCt3wlOO8_6qepN-M__9GOP5gkxrRpz07_IS2tc4cSx0SBqkYxdf5I&amp;__tn__=*NK-R\">#PADFA<\/a> et d\u2019\u00e9changer avec les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires sur les impacts enregistr\u00e9s dans leurs activit\u00e9s agricoles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un niveau d\u2019ex\u00e9cution satisfaisant du PTBA 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son expos\u00e9, M. Messou Edja, Coordonnateur du PADFA, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un bilan globalement satisfaisant avec un taux d\u2019ex\u00e9cution physique de 73 % et un taux d\u2019ex\u00e9cution financi\u00e8re de 61 % au 30 septembre 2025. Il s\u2019est montr\u00e9 confiant quant \u00e0 une progression de ces chiffres \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019exercice. Ces r\u00e9sultats traduisent les progr\u00e8s significatifs enregistr\u00e9s dans la mise en \u0153uvre des activit\u00e9s du projet au profit des fili\u00e8res agricoles cibl\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une programmation ambitieuse pour 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet de PTBA 2026, d\u2019un montant total de 3 533 486 598 FCFA, sera financ\u00e9 par:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FIDA 1 : 33 %,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FIDA 2 : 20 %,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OFID : 20 %,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investissement de l\u2019\u00c9tat : 14 %,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exon\u00e9ration de l\u2019\u00c9tat : 11 %,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires : 2 %.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette programmation vise \u00e0 consolider les acquis du PADFA, \u00e0 renforcer la durabilit\u00e9 des infrastructures am\u00e9nag\u00e9es et \u00e0 appuyer davantage la professionnalisation des producteurs et productrices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au terme des \u00e9changes, le COP a valid\u00e9 le projet de PTBA 2026, sous r\u00e9serve de la prise en compte de plusieurs recommandations, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renforcer l\u2019implication des autorit\u00e9s administratives et les services d\u00e9concentr\u00e9s des minist\u00e8res techniques dans le suivi de la mise en \u0153uvre des activit\u00e9s sur le terrain ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renforcer l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie sociale en vue d\u2019une meilleure utilisation des investissements par les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9laborer le plan de p\u00e9rennisation des acquis du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hashtag\/padfa?__eep__=6&amp;__cft__[0]=AZaXH6E8H97-Kw84GmamuQolobdfC10hC_ilcUSDZ1kjYfqe7Bpy6mqiaq40jBKFkrd6LZsY903HEsaoSEQPFsofdecZ_jPV_m9YQjYdQ2GsUCG9ixSrwLA6Y5sj_Psj4hI3tr5yzv5T8uCt3wlOO8_6qepN-M__9GOP5gkxrRpz07_IS2tc4cSx0SBqkYxdf5I&amp;__tn__=*NK-R\">#PADFA<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le PADFA r\u00e9affirme, \u00e0 travers cette session du COP, son engagement \u00e0 poursuivre la dynamique d\u2019am\u00e9lioration des fili\u00e8res agricoles et de renforcement de la r\u00e9silience
