Organis\u00e9 en collaboration avec le minist\u00e8re des Finances et du Budget, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a r\u00e9uni les principaux acteurs des projets financ\u00e9s par le FIDA, notamment le Projet d\u2019urgence agricole de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire (PUA-CI) et le Programme d\u2019Appui au D\u00e9veloppement des Fili\u00e8res Agricoles (PADFA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le COSOP, en sa cinqui\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d\u2019ex\u00e9cution, fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une revue annuelle destin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, l\u2019\u00e9tat de mise en \u0153uvre et les recommandations de l\u2019\u00e9dition pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Cette r\u00e9vision 2025 vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 identifier les le\u00e7ons apprises et les bonnes pratiques capitalis\u00e9es afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les performances des projets et de pr\u00e9parer la prochaine strat\u00e9gie 2025-2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon Fumilayo Hermann Messan , Directeur Pays du FIDA, \u00a0\u00bbCet atelier permet de faire le point des r\u00e9sultats, d\u2019examiner les acquis et de d\u00e9gager les recommandations pour achever la strat\u00e9gie actuelle tout en pr\u00e9parant la nouvelle. Le portefeuille pays est en cours d\u2019\u00e9largissement avec plus d\u2019actions, notamment dans l\u2019agriculture et la r\u00e9silience climatique. Nous sommes pass\u00e9s d\u2019un engagement de 300 millions \u00e0 plus de 500 millions de dollars, et d\u2019ici quelques ann\u00e9es, nous irons encore au-del\u00e0\u00a0\u00bb,a fait savoir le repr\u00e9sentant pays du FIDA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 que plus de 112 000 exploitants agricoles ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de l\u2019appui du FIDA, avec pour objectif de renforcer la r\u00e9silience des communaut\u00e9s rurales face aux d\u00e9fis climatiques et \u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Pr. Jacques Datt\u00e9, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la promotion de l\u2019agro-industrie repr\u00e9sentant le minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;agriculture ivoirien, a salu\u00e9 l\u2019accompagnement du FIDA, rappelant que les financements atteignent aujourd\u2019hui 328 millions de dollars US. \u00a0\u00bb Les projets PADFA et PUA-CI contribuent directement au d\u00e9veloppement de fili\u00e8res strat\u00e9giques comme la mangue, le ma\u00efs, le manioc et le riz. Ces initiatives am\u00e9liorent consid\u00e9rablement les revenus des populations rurales \u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concernant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire, il a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire vise l\u2019autosuffisance d\u2019ici 2030, notamment dans la production vivri\u00e8re, gr\u00e2ce au soutien du FIDA et d\u2019autres partenaires financiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le coordonnateur du PUA-CI, Jo\u00ebl N\u2019Do, a rappel\u00e9 que son projet intervient dans neuf r\u00e9gions du pays, touchant d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 60 000 m\u00e9nages. \u00a0\u00bb Le PUA-CI est un projet post-COVID qui facilite l\u2019adaptation des producteurs au changement climatique. Sa prorogation jusqu\u2019en 2026 nous permettra de consolider les acquis, en renfor\u00e7ant les capacit\u00e9s des acteurs d\u00e9j\u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, plut\u00f4t que d\u2019\u00e9largir la liste des appui\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il n&rsquo;a pas manqu\u00e9 de noter qu&rsquo;au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019\u00e9valuation du COSOP actuel, cet atelier ouvre la voie \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie 2025-2030, avec pour ambition de consolider les acquis, d\u2019amplifier les innovations et de rendre les communaut\u00e9s
