{"id":144,"date":"2023-02-09T17:31:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-09T17:31:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/padfaci.org\/?p=144"},"modified":"2023-07-22T10:12:59","modified_gmt":"2023-07-22T10:12:59","slug":"atelier-de-formation-sur-le-logiciel-de-suivi-evaluation-du-padfa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/padfaci.org\/en\/atelier-de-formation-sur-le-logiciel-de-suivi-evaluation-du-padfa\/","title":{"rendered":"Training workshop on tracking software \u2013 Evaluation of PADFA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Experts from the Coordination Unit of the <strong>PADFA<\/strong> took part in a training on the Ruche software for monitoring - evaluation from February 1 to 3, 2023 at the P\u00c9POUSS\u00c9 hotel in Ferkess\u00e9dougou.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indeed, for sound and transparent management of program data, the Program Management and Coordination Unit, through its Monitoring Unit&nbsp;<strong>&#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong>Evaluation and Knowledge Management has set up a Computerized Monitoring System&nbsp;<strong>&#8211;<\/strong>Assessment (<strong>SISE<\/strong>) including a database and a programming application for monitoring program activities. This <strong>SISE<\/strong> will allow the entry of data relating to the various sectors of the program, by integrating control mechanisms for data management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the design of the system has been completed, a seminar was organized for experts to build their capacity in the use of this tool. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the words of welcome and orientation pronounced respectively by Messrs. <strong>\u00c9dja MESSOU<\/strong>, Coordinator of the <strong>PADFA<\/strong> and <strong>Cl\u00e9ment KOUADIO<\/strong>, Monitoring Manager&nbsp;<strong>&#8211;<\/strong>&nbsp;Evaluation and Knowledge Management of <strong>PADFA<\/strong>, the <strong>ACG Group \u2013 BAMASOFT<\/strong> represented by Messrs&nbsp;<strong>Lacina&nbsp;KON\u00c9<\/strong> (DG BAMASOFT) and&nbsp;<strong>D\u00e9sir\u00e9&nbsp;BROU<\/strong> conducted this hands-on, hands-on training on the software.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of these sessions, the trainers made recommendations to the<strong>UC - PADFA<\/strong> for better use of <strong>SISE <\/strong>in order to enhance the results obtained by the <strong>PADFA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"pgc-sgb-cb wp-block-pgcsimplygalleryblock-masonry\" data-gallery-id=\"70538548\"><div
